Nets

As son of Carpenter I grew up in contact with the wood in the sawdust in the middle of the workshop of my father who was my playground for years!

I have always enjoyed making all sorts of things on my own and it is quite natural that I tried my first nets!

The models, forms and finishes we evolved over time.

I usually try to work with local wood species

My nets are built in acacia and ash in terms of shape because it is the woods that combine the best technical qualities, they are flexible and hard woods that allow to build very strong shapes but also very light!

The entanglement is usually done in fruit tree (cherry, etc...) but can be made of the essence of your choice!
